The interiors, designed by Chromed Design, draw inspiration from Rome’s iconic streets, ancient structures, and contemporary European minimalism. The exterior evokes the romance of Trastevere and Villa Doria Pamphili, with cascading floral arrangements and textured stone walls, while a serene water body takes inspiration from the Trevi Fountain. Inside, the contrast between modern sleekness and rustic charm mirrors Rome’s ability to evolve while staying true to its roots. Deep blues, warm golds, and earth tones create an effortlessly chic yet inviting ambiance.

The cuisine here is the essence of Modern Bistronomy taking center stage, offering a menu that celebrates fresh seafood, handmade pasta, and artisanal bread. Corporate Chef Aman Dhar leads the kitchen with a passion for flavors that are rich, comforting, and full of character. Signature dishes include Avocado Pâté with mashed avocado, cilantro, and tomato relish; Coconut Fry Prawns, spice-rubbed and coated in roasted coconut with white garlic chutney; and Tamarind Chicken, fried and tossed in a tangy tamarind sauce with roasted cashews. The menu also offers Inian delicacies and Asian as well
